The people that are saying this serie is “simply a film” are merely ignorant, the serie portrays real life struggles of Eelam Tamilians as terrorism. The release of a serie with such misinformation is not something we should support. Furthermore, the GOI (Government of India) wouldn't allow this film to be released if it were portraying the LTTE in a positive way. As for Samantha, would you not be mad if I claimed to support your people yet casted a role which says otherwise? This serie is clearly portraying LTTE as a terrorist organization instead of freedom fighters. Acting and media plays a role in today's societal beliefs, it isn't “simply a film”.
